hai viet exceeded our expectations during our summer holidays in ninh binh. the staff and room were amazing, so we extended our stay. renting bikes made exploring easy, and the owners' son was friendly and helpful. we even got our passport sent to our next hotel. we would definitely recommend and visit again!

Communication with some staff members was uncomfortable.

English-speaking staff. Offer motorbike and laundry services. Toiletries provided. Good wifi. AC is sufficient. Easy access to Trang An and Cuc Phuong. Friendly owners. Tasty breakfast with eggs and bread roll. Comfortable room with window and terrace. Helpful young manager. Bike rental available.

The rooms were hella big and had a sick balcony where we chilled and had mad fun. We rented motorbikes, cruised through the countryside, and visited the epic Bai Dinh Pagoda and the amazing Trang An Grottoes. The hotel also had awesome cable TV for us to binge-watch our favorite shows and movies. It was a blast!

The only thing missing for us young party-goers was a happening nightlife scene nearby. We wished there were cool bars or clubs within walking distance where we could dance and have a wild night out.
